BOPET

BOPET film is a bi oriented polyester film with good chemical and dimensional stability, high light transmittance, electrical insulation and good surface adhesion.

Aluminum foil

Aluminum foil is the best packaging material in terms of gas barrier, water barrier and light barrier. According to its barrier performance, it can effectively extend the shelf life of the packaging content.

VM PET

VM PET is a vapor-deposited aluminum PET film which has the water and gas barrier properties of vapor-deposited aluminum and has a metal texture, good printability and laminating processability. The deposition thickness can also be adjusted according to customer needs to achieve see-through or opaque function

Model: 100 Afully coating, 500Afully coating, half coating (the plating range can be set according to customer needs).

Application: Food packaging bags, electronic packaging bags.

Transparent plating film IB-Film

IB film is a combination of vacuum coating technology and wet technology to develop a film with high transparency and strong barrier performance.

Features: High degree of oxygen/water vapor barrier and fragrance retention, microwave heating, metal detector can be used, no harmful gases are generated during combustion, good buckling resistance, barrier to heat sealing and stretching Less degradation.

Model:IB-PET-PUB, IB-PET-PIRA, IB-ON-UB.

Thickness: PET substrate 12u, Nylon substrate 15u.

Applications: Dry food, snacks, products that are easily humid, medical and electronic components, high-temperature cooking bags, spice bags.

HGPP

HGPP is an OPP film for special industries  mainly without added anti-static agent. So the surface bleed component is very low, the appearance surface is improved , the fish eye condition is 99% lower than the general OPP film and the unique surface activity of the PP film is low It can be used as release film without coating release. The surface can also be adjusted according to the needs of high smoothness or matte effect.

Model: E-201F, FG-201, MA-411, etc.

Thickness: 5u~50u.

Application: Various engineering release.

Release(Isolated) film

Based on PET film, according to the adhesiveness and viscosity of the customer's product, it is coated with the appropriate formula. It can also be roughened on the surface of the PET. The roughened release(isolated) film made can allow the customer's product to be matted which performed.

Model: silicone-based, non-silicon, fluorine release film and  atomization treatment film.

Thickness: 12u~188u.

Application: Release film for tape, protective film,  stamping process, matting transfer, etc.

PET film

Industrial PET is divided into two types.

1.Original film type: mainly has good size stability, low turbidity, good surface adhesion, low heat shrinkage performance, etc.

Model: G, T, H.

2.Chemical film type: with antistatic coating, corresponding to various types easy-to-adhesive coating of adhesive system, development of coatings to meet specific customer needs.

Application: Adhesive tape, release film, transfer, printing, thermal insulation paper, antistatic function, hardened film, matte film.

VM PET

VM-PET is a metal layer coated on PET by vacuum evaporation technology. It has good metallic luster, barrier property and can also be used with a variety of colors.

Model: fully coated, various colored metal films.

Thickness: 12u~188u.

Application: Glitter powder, gold and silver wire, inscription plate, stationery tape.

 

PET film

There are two types of PET used in optics.

Atomized film

Digital printing bag

 

The use of digital printing can have the quality of gravure printing  but the production volume is relatively much smaller. So lowering the customer's procurement threshold and facilitating the production of various products in a small amount. It is easier for customers to evaluate the market after sales  thereby reducing waste and promoting.

Flexo printing bag

 

Flexographic printing is mainly based on water-based printing inks. In the past, traditional inks had to be added with solvents but water-based printing inks used water to replace solvents. So it can reduce the emission of pollution in the manufacturing process and also avoid the organic solvents remaining in the packaging materials then affecting food. Recycle PET

PET film is a very stable material in printing, laminating and coating.  In response to environmental demands in the market, GRS-certified recycled ester pellets have been added to the PET process to achieve a balance between reducing the use of raw materials and environmental friendly recycled ester pellets, which provide fairly stable products and physical properties.

Thickness: 12u ~ 100u

Application: Adhesive tape, packaging material, printing, garment use.

Recycle PET Resin

PET material has the highest recycling rate among all plastics (up to 30-85%). Therefore, it has become highly desirable for this particular property.  At present, bottle flakes that meet the international GRS certification have been obtained and made into PET environmentally friendly ester pellets. The PET bottle body made by this material has a carbon footprint much smaller than that of glass bottles. In today's most stressing environmental issues: reducing carbon emissions, reducing plastics.  Under the demands of more recycled plastics, the future of environmental friendly ester pellets is an unavoidable choice.

High Barrier VM OPP

OPP film is a common choice for printing packaging materials. Generally, the gas and water barrier effect of OPP is quite limited and the electroplating adhesion is less adequate.  In recent years, with the continuous improvement of environmental protection awareness, the development of various environmental protection materials has replaced the traditional ones.  Meanwhile, the end market has begun to require packaging materials to be homogeneous so as to be recyclable. Therefore, high barrier and high barrier electroplating OPP materials were heavily used for such purposes.

MDOPE

PE film mainly plays the role of the heat-sealing layer in the packaging material structure. It does lack of transparency and its printability is less desirable. Therefore, it is less often selected on the printing layer.  In response to current customers' requirements for the recyclability of homogeneous materials, MDOPE's high transparency, good printability, rigidity and heat resistance characters have much better met the printing layer of the packaging material structural requirements.

BOPE

BOPE is a biaxially oriented polyethylene (BOPE) film made from special PE raw materials through a biaxial stretching process. It features higher transparency, greater strength, puncture resistance, uniform thickness, and excellent printability compared to regular PE.

GB BOPE

GB BOPE is a transparent, high-barrier biaxially oriented polyethylene film. A gas and moisture barrier coating is applied to the polyethylene material, while maintaining the high strength, uniform thickness, toughness, and excellent printability of BOPE.

Applications:
Can be directly used as a printing layer, reducing the need for additional lamination and processing.

Environmental Advantages:
Traditional barrier materials such as PET, OPP, and AL are the main choices; however, in the context of recycling and environmental issues, high-barrier PE materials are difficult to obtain, and their barrier properties and processability are often inadequate.
